Opening an account takes a couple of minutes, and most later delays are decided by what you type during them. This page covers registration, verification and the sign-in problems that actually occur.

Registration, step by step

1. Country and account currency

The form opens with your country and the account currency. That currency is chosen once and kept, so pick the one you will deposit in rather than the default.

2. Name and date of birth

Enter your legal name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the document you will later upload. A missing middle name, or a transposed date, is the most common reason a first withdrawal stalls.

3. Confirm the email

Open the activation link, then add the postal address matching the proof of address you intend to submit.

4. Set the security

Choose a password of at least eight characters with a letter and a number, and switch on two-factor authentication straight away rather than after the first deposit.

5. Deposit and opt in

What the sign-in screen asks for

The registered email address, the account password, and a two-factor code if you enabled one. A location prompt may appear so the region can be confirmed, and approving it is normally required to reach the lobby.

Forgotten password

Verification and when it happens

Every two-factor code is rejectedAuthenticator codes come from the clock on your phone. If the device time has drifted, every code fails. Turn on automatic date and time, then retry.

The password looks right but is refusedA password manager may be filling an older saved entry. Type it manually once to confirm before requesting a reset.

The page keeps returning to the login screenThe session cookie is being discarded, usually by a private window or strict tracking protection. Use an ordinary window.

Access is blocked or under reviewA VPN, or a sudden change of country, triggers a security check. Switch the VPN off and sign in from your usual connection.

Locked after several attemptsLockouts are time-based. Waiting clears them; repeated attempts extend them.

Signed in on the browser but not the home-screen iconThe pinned web app keeps its own session. Sign in once in each, or use only the pinned version.

Keeping the account secure

Use a long password that is not reused on any other site.
Enable two-factor authentication and store the backup codes offline.
Leave login alerts switched on so a new device is reported to you.
Sign out fully on shared or borrowed devices.
Remember that support never asks for your password. Anyone who does is not support.

Set the limits first

Deposit, loss and stake limits appear in the profile as soon as the account exists, and the easiest habit is setting a cap before the first payment rather than after a bad session. Reductions apply immediately; increases wait 24 hours and need a second confirmation. Cool-off and self-exclusion sit in the same menu.

Sign-up questions

Can details be corrected once the account exists?

Contact details can be edited yourself. A legal name or date of birth must be corrected by support, with a document.

Do I have to verify before I can play?

No. Verification is required before the first withdrawal and before a race prize is paid, not before you deposit.

Why was my registration refused?

Usually an existing account under the same identity, or an address the site does not serve.

Can I open a second account for a different bonus?

No. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus attached to them is voided.

Can I change the account currency later?
