Opening an account takes a couple of minutes, and most later delays are decided by what you type during them. This page covers registration, verification and the sign-in problems that actually occur.
Registration, step by step
1. Country and account currency
The form opens with your country and the account currency. That currency is chosen once and kept, so pick the one you will deposit in rather than the default.
2. Name and date of birth
Enter your legal name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the document you will later upload. A missing middle name, or a transposed date, is the most common reason a first withdrawal stalls.
3. Confirm the email
Open the activation link, then add the postal address matching the proof of address you intend to submit.
4. Set the security
Choose a password of at least eight characters with a letter and a number, and switch on two-factor authentication straight away rather than after the first deposit.
5. Deposit and opt in
Deposits start at C$15. If you want the welcome package, tick the opt-in at the cashier before confirming the payment; it cannot be applied afterwards.
What the sign-in screen asks for
The registered email address, the account password, and a two-factor code if you enabled one. A location prompt may appear so the region can be confirmed, and approving it is normally required to reach the lobby.
Accounts are for adults of 18 and over, one per person, and the balance shows in the currency chosen at registration.
Forgotten password
Request a reset link. It goes only to the registered address and expires quickly. If nothing arrives, check spam, then confirm you are using the address you signed up with. Live chat can confirm which address is on file without revealing it in full.
Verification and when it happens
Checks run before your first withdrawal rather than at sign-up, so you can register, deposit and play before uploading anything. Race prizes are also paid into verified accounts, which is why leaving it until a payout is pending is the usual self-inflicted delay.
Three things are requested: an identity document, a selfie for photo confirmation, and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill. The automated pass normally clears within minutes in working hours; a manual review takes longer.
- Photograph documents flat, in daylight, with all four corners inside the frame.
- Avoid glare across the photo page and never crop the edges of a document.
- Use a proof of address dated recently, showing the same address you entered on the form.
- Make sure the payment method you deposit with is in your own name.
When sign-in fails
Keeping the account secure
- Use a long password that is not reused on any other site.
- Enable two-factor authentication and store the backup codes offline.
- Leave login alerts switched on so a new device is reported to you.
- Sign out fully on shared or borrowed devices.
- Remember that support never asks for your password. Anyone who does is not support.
Set the limits first
Deposit, loss and stake limits appear in the profile as soon as the account exists, and the easiest habit is setting a cap before the first payment rather than after a bad session. Reductions apply immediately; increases wait 24 hours and need a second confirmation. Cool-off and self-exclusion sit in the same menu.
Sign-up questions
Can details be corrected once the account exists?
Contact details can be edited yourself. A legal name or date of birth must be corrected by support, with a document.
Do I have to verify before I can play?
No. Verification is required before the first withdrawal and before a race prize is paid, not before you deposit.
Why was my registration refused?
Usually an existing account under the same identity, or an address the site does not serve.
Can I open a second account for a different bonus?
No. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus attached to them is voided.
Can I change the account currency later?
No. It is fixed at registration, which is why the first screen deserves more attention than it usually gets.
The reset email has not arrived. What now?
Check spam, confirm the registered address, and ask live chat whether an older address is on file.
